Welcome to our Belize island accommodations, where you'll discover a selection of four captivating overwater cabanas, each offering its own unique experience. The Red Snapper and Pink Seahorse Cabanas provide breathtaking sunrise views, while the Blue Marlin and Green Parrotfish Cabanas boast enchanting sunset vistas. Additionally, we offer a spacious two-bedroom Purple Octopus Suite that can be converted in a three-bedroom, perfect for a family or group seeking ample space and comfort.


Our accommodations have been thoughtfully designed to feature the true essence of island living. We've seamlessly blended rustic charm with modern luxuries to create harmony with the stunning views just beyond your window. Each space is charmingly styled with vibrant colors inspired by the nature on and around the island. Inside our 4 cabanas you'll be greeted by 1 spacious King and Full-size bed, while the Purple Octopus Suite boasts up to 3 King beds, a futon and a double bed in the loft. Fans gently stir the tropical breeze, creating a soothing ambiance. For moments of relaxation, we've provided a flat-screen TV, ideal for cozy movie nights with the family. Included is even a coffee maker complete with Starbucks Coffee, perfect if you need a morning boost to start your day in paradise on the right foot.


After enjoying some of the island amenities such as the paddle boards or kayaks, it’s time to unwind. Picture yourself reclining on your private deck, as you savor your favorite cocktail from Black Pearl’s bar, connecting with the awe-inspiring natural beauty that surrounds you. ​

 The rate of our Cabanas covers accommodations for two individuals sharing a cabana. Our cabanas are designed to accommodate up to 4 individuals, and any guests beyond the initial 2 will incur an additional charge of US$60.00 per person per night​

  • Furthermore, there is an applicable transportation surcharge of US$250.00 for single-night stays. However, this surcharge is waived for stays of 2 nights or more.​

  • Please note that any extra charges per person and the transportation surcharge are also subject to taxes and service charges. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or require further clarification.​

​CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Reservation/Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of reservation confirmation.

  • Full payment is required 60 days (2 months) before the reservation date.

  • If booking within 60 days (2 months) of the date, full payment is due at booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Written cancellations, preferably via email, are necessary.

  • Over 90 days (3 months) before the date: Full refund less 15% administrative fee.

  • 90-60 days (3 to 2 months) before the date: 50% refund.

  • Less than 60 days (2 months) before the date: No refund, possible case-by-case credits.

  • No refunds during Holiday Season (12/01 to 01/31).

  • No refund for a no-show.

Rescheduling due to Weather

  • Unsafe conditions due to weather will result in rescheduled boat transfers.

  • Scheduling conflicts: Full refund minus 15% administrative fee.

Damage Policy

  • Customers are responsible for damages due to negligence/accidents.

  • Cost: Retail + shipping + customs + installation.​

 Acknowledgment

  • Booking confirms understanding and agreement to the resort's policies.
